Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through daily interactions with internal and external customers. Your primary focus will be on managing customer queries, order processing, and tracking, as well as supporting account managers in sales, admin, and order processing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Customer Interface: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support.
- Support Account Managers: Collaborate with account managers to achieve sales targets, administer orders, and maintain customer relationships.
- PACT Administration: Ensure effective and efficient execution of administrative tasks, including freight carrier non-conformance reports and registers.
- Market Feedback: Secure market and competitor feedback from customers and report back to the sales team.
- Internal Team Liaison: Coordinate with distribution, operations, planning, technical, QA, and business services teams to ensure seamless customer delivery and inventory management.
- Assist Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team during budget processes, maintaining customer forecasts in SAP, and other tasks as required.
Your Skills and Experience
- Administrative Processing: Proficient in administrative software and systems, including SAP and Microsoft Suite.
- Manufacturing Experience: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone manner, able to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds, and calm under pressure.
- Cross-Functional Relationships: Strong ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
