Our Service

We provide specialist treatment to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with moderate to severe eating disorders in the community and outpatient setting. Our community team has both child and adolescent and adult sub-teams.

The purpose of this position is to provide support for therapeutic groups delivered by our team. These groups are attended by clients and/or whānau, and your role will assist in working alongside the multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure effective and high-quality clinical service is delivered in an organised and cohesive way.

Your Skills

  • You will have previous experience within mental health and/or eating disorders services.
  • You will have a commitment to biculturalism and to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
  • A qualification (certificate/diploma) in Mental Health Support work is essential for this role.
