Job Description Te Haeata/The OpportunityIt's an exciting time to join our Sector Insights Group – our evidence and insights are highly sought after by leaders across the Ministry of Justice and wider justice sector.
Our work is characterised by innovation, quality, and impact.We are seeking a Senior Analyst to work in our Reporting and Advice team, who generate insights and advice for senior leaders across the justice sector.
Within this team, you will be responsible for telling the analytical performance story of what is going on across the Justice Sector and why.
You will create responsive advice and regular reports in relation to your topic domains, which join the dots between the data, the evidence base and the live political, strategic and operational context.
You will develop clear and compelling products which communicate what decision makers need to know and provide the advice which informs their next steps.Deliver high quality reporting and advice that enable great decisionsPlan and prioritise your short- and long-term work programmeCoach and support others in the team to succeedActively contribute to a positive team culture O pukenga/Skills and ExperienceNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
