About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Community Physiotherapy team at Te Whatu Ora. As a Clinical Physiotherapy Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational oversight to a team of physiotherapists, fostering excellence and continuous professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, leadership skills, and a passion for team development and client-centred rehabilitation. You will work closely with other Allied Health Practice Supervisors for support and guidance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leadership: Provide clinical and operational oversight to a team of physiotherapists.
  • Service Development: Drive quality improvements and contribute to the evolution of the Community Physiotherapy Service.
  • Clinical Practice: Manage a clinical caseload, demonstrating advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-informed care.
  • Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, clinical psychologists, and therapy assistants.
