Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director to join our team at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic priorities to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and drives approval of annual work plans aligned with organizational goals;
Oversees corporate planning activities, including budgeting, cash flow management, and quarterly reporting;
Analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking indicators for management reporting purposes;
Liaises with key external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in government or private sectors;
- Preferably with experience in strategic and corporate planning;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, or equivalent;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities;
- Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications;
- Advantage: proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Tableau.
