This role seeks an enthusiastic Client Success Manager who owns their territory and thrives on learning, strong communication, and adaptability.
The ideal candidate will partner with the Senior Manager of Client Success and the Vice President of Client Success to ensure world-class customer experiences.
Mandatory requirement: This position requires candidates to be based on the East Coast.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning the client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Effective communication, organization, and collaboration across departments.
  • Articulating the value proposition of ButterflyMX's intercom system to property management representatives and tenants.
  • Developing a deep understanding of software and hardware products to communicate complex technical situations to clients.
  • Proactively resolving customer inquiries using multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing platforms).
  • Partnering with Sales and Support teams to identify, address, and resolve issues.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Customer Relationship, or Operations experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical capabilities to understand client needs and develop account strategies.
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work effectively in a team environment.
