Governance and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a Governance and Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be providing administrative support to our leaders and teams.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to leaders and teams, including email, inbox, and diary management
  • Coordinate meetings and liaise with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update reports, including document editing, formatting, and printing
  • Develop and draft correspondence
  • Create reports from databases
  • Take minutes and follow through on actions
  • Support event management, including logistics and programme scheduling
  • Assist with resource, finance (including invoice/payment), HR, and travel administration
Requirements
  • Demonstrated previous administrative experience
  • Highly organized, efficient with an eye for detail
  • A pro-active, can-do attitude, and looking to stretch your administrative capabilities
  • The ability to multi-task, re-prioritize, and react to issues that arise during the day whilst keeping calm and professional
  • A strong customer focus, excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite
