About the RoleThis is a parental leave cover and a full-time role for 9 to 10 months. Based in Rosebank Road, Avondale, you will be executing Schindler's Global Health and Safety strategies and initiatives, including definition of all KPIs and targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee Risk management through implementation and maintenance of the NZ employee safety management system
- Support the Senior leadership team to coordinate and implement all required safety programs and related activities to effectively prevent injuries and fatalities
Your role will include developing, implementing and maintaining safety training material and training matrix. You will ensure NZ compliance to Group's employee safety management system by conducting formal assessments during audits.
What You Bring:- At least 2 years work experience in EHS management
- Experience in the lift industry or equivalent
- OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY certification
