About the Role

The Operations Administrator position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

This individual will be responsible for managing daily tasks, collaborating with vendors, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operational Management: Oversees and coordinates daily tasks to guarantee efficient business functions.
  2. Vendor Engagement: Collaborates with customers, suppliers, vendors, and agencies to establish and maintain service agreements.
  3. Work Prioritization: Independently plans, prioritizes, and organizes workload to meet deadlines and departmental objectives while adhering to established operational procedures.
  4. Data Management: Processes and manages data and documentation, maintaining accurate and organized records.
  5. Issue Escalation: Resolves operational issues independently or escalates complex situations to appropriate personnel.
  6. Additional Tasks: Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Education: Secondary education or equivalent.
  2. Experience:
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience is required.
  • For Associate level, prior experience is not required.
  • For Senior level, at least four (4) years of relevant work experience is required.
