Job Description

The Payroll & HRIS Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and HRIS processes for the Southern District. This includes ensuring all remuneration and benefits are provided in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with all organisational, legislative and employment contract requirements, policies and guidelines.

This role also leads and develops a team of payroll specialists who deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality payroll with a continuous improvement mindset.
