The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced National Quality Manager to lead our quality initiatives and contribute to high-profile and impactful projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage quality control systems and digital tools to ensure project excellence.
  2. Conduct regular audits and collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  3. Provide leadership and mentoring to Quality Engineers and deliver training programs on quality standards.
  4. Maintain detailed quality documentation and monitor subcontractor performance.
What We Are Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry in New Zealand.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and modern construction practices.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing digital quality management systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.
