About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead to join our Resthome Unit at Bob Scott Retirement Village in Lower Hutt. As a registered nurse with extensive experience, you will provide leadership and support to your team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key responsibilities include fostering our company culture, which promotes a safe and enjoyable work experience for your team. This includes ensuring all care is continuously assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated to meet the needs of each resident within the Resthome Unit.
You will work collaboratively with residents' families/whanau, visitors, Allied Health Professionals, and District Health Boards, building lasting relationships and promoting effective communication among stakeholders.
This role requires flexibility, with occasional additional time outside rostered hours to attend events, support team members or residents and their families as needed.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A current APC (annual practising certificate)
  • interRAI training or willingness to gain competency
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Nursing Leader
  • The ability to lead, share knowledge, and motivate your team
  • Kindness, compassion, and drive to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Flexibility to share responsibilities of the on-call component with other Unit Coordinators as per a roster coordinated by the Village Manager
