  • Assist in the development and enhancement of accountability frameworks, processes, and performance measurement systems.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on business planning, risk management, and internal reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure high-quality reports are produced on time.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in the public sector, assisting with the development and enhancement of accountability frameworks, processes, and performance measurement systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex processes and use critical thinking to drive creative solutions.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and organise your workload to meet deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Machinery of Government.
