About This Role

This Corporate Education Professional role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs suitable for contact centre operations
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop competency assessments
  • Ensure trainees are adequately trained, confident, and proficient in handling customer interactions
  • Liaise with CX Delivery Managers and Team Managers to identify training needs and deliver training to address specific needs
  • Develop functional competency or technical assessments as needed
