Job Description:

This role provides hands-on support to the Director Northern South Island Region, enabling conservation outcomes across the region. Responsibilities include email and diary management, meeting organisation, minute taking, workflow coordination, travel coordination, and other administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proactive and relationship-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with central government and public service environments a plus
