  • Assist in organising client files with close attention to detail
  • Word-processing – use of Secretarial skills to prepare documentation
  • Reception cover including client-facing, phone, and email management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience in the workplace, with a strong customer service focus.

Requirements:

  • A certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Experience in the legal space would be an advantage
  • Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook
