About the Role
">This Temporary Secretary position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and professional individual to join our team at CGR Services as a Professional Services Temp. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our staff.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist in organising client files with close attention to detail
- Word-processing – use of Secretarial skills to prepare documentation
- Reception cover including client-facing, phone, and email management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
About You
">We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience in the workplace, with a strong customer service focus.
">Requirements:
">- A certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience
- Experience in the legal space would be an advantage
- Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook
What We Offer
