As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for supporting the training and upskilling of all operational staff.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure that our teams are trained to an industry-leading standard.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all mining and related activities are carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety At Work Mining and Quarrying Operations Regulations 2016
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective training programs
- Managing departmental safety-related paperwork and inspection sheets
- Providing guidance and support to operational staff
