Youth Care Coordinator

As a member of our Specialist Teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective plans to support tamariki and their whānau. You will work closely with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for tamariki.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and be committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
Key requirements include social work registration, experience working with tamariki, rangatahi, and whānau, and client-focused skills. Motivational interviewing skills and experience working with complex tamariki are also highly desirable.
