Job Summary:

Tradestaff is seeking an experienced Traffic Operative to join our team in Hawkes Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling traffic flow to minimize congestion and ensure safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Directing and controlling traffic flow to minimize congestion and ensure safety
  • Setting up and maintaining appropriate signage, barriers, and cones to guide drivers and protect work areas
  • Providing information and directions to the public as needed
  • Coordinating with other traffic management operatives and workers to maintain continuous safety
Requirements
  • Full Class 1 License AND your own mode of transport
  • Class 2 license desirable but not essential
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Traffic Management experience
  • TC Qualification level 1 minimum
