About the JobWe're seeking an experienced Night Porter to join our dynamic Hotel team. As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

This part-time permanent role offers a guaranteed 10 hours per week and is based at Sudima Christchurch Airport. The hourly rate is $26 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Assisting with valet parking and luggage
  • Supporting the Night Manager with guest requests and tasks
  • Resolving any guest issues promptly and efficiently
  • Conducting regular hotel security checks

What You'll Need

  • Availability to work overnight shifts
  • Strong guest service skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Full New Zealand Driver's License and Right to Work in NZ
