Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pathologist to join our team at Awanui Canterbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic services for skin, breast, gynecologic, urologic, ENT, and gastrointestinal samples.

Key Responsibilities
- Competency in general surgical pathology including experience in dermatopathology is essential.
- Conduct fine needle aspiration cytology clinics on rotation; experience in FNA cytology is preferred.
- Work collaboratively with histology technical staff and molecular testing services to deliver comprehensive diagnostic solutions.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold the Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia or a recognized postgraduate qualification and be eligible for registration as a specialist pathologist by the Medical Council of New Zealand.
