Role Description

Totalaccess is seeking a skilled Scaffold Compliance Inspector to join our Auckland-based team. This role involves ensuring that all scaffolding structures on-site meet the required health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Scaffold Compliance: Inspect scaffolds after installation and before use to ensure compliance with industrial standards and company procedures.
  • Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct weekly scaffold inspections to identify potential hazards or defects and monitor the design, certification, and maintenance of scaffolding structures on-site.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance on scaffolding works and participate in high-level skills training.
  • HSE Compliance: Ensure awareness and compliance with HSE rules and regulations among team members and contractors.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct site-specific risk assessments based on scaffold-related hazards.
  • Reporting: Document and report all inspection findings.
