Key Objectives

The key objectives of this role are to lead and manage testing activities across multiple squads, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining test strategies, plans, and approaches to ensure comprehensive coverage of technical testing components.

Main Tasks
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain sign-off on testing end-to-end, user acceptance testing, and post-production testing.
  • Mentor and guide testers in standards and best practices, fostering proactive and continuous improvements within the community.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are carried out in accordance with agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in test management in Banking or similar industry.
  • Proven knowledge of functional testing, system testing, integration testing, API testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, automation testing, and performance testing.
  • Ability to coordinate project/program level end-to-end testing activities with multiple squads.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
