Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team at the East Tamaki Asphalt Plant in Auckland. In this role, you will operate and maintain asphalt plant equipment, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes. You will work closely with our team of 10 to manufacture between 800 to 1000 tonnes of asphalt per day.

Key Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Prior plant operating experience, with knowledge of asphalt production processes.
  • A Class 1 licence, with WTR and Class 2 licences preferred but not essential (we can support you in gaining these).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with basic computer literacy.
  • A strong track record of commitment to health and safety.
