We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Expertise Provider to join our team, bringing your advanced clinical knowledge and experience to drive exceptional patient outcomes. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of our clinical services, leveraging your expertise to improve the quality of care we deliver.
About the Team- You will join a close-knit, professional, friendly, and supportive team that includes experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
- You will work collaboratively with our clinical team, sharing your expertise and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
- You will participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in our clinical services.
- You will contribute to the enhancement of our clinical team's skills and confidence, mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
- You possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a primary care Nurse Practitioner, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- You hold a New Zealand Nursing Registration and Nurse Practitioner scope issued by New Zealand Nursing Council, ensuring your expertise is recognized and respected.
- You have a master's degree (with a prescribing component), demonstrating your commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
- You bring specialty knowledge and practice expertise in both autonomous and collaborative settings, enabling you to navigate complex healthcare scenarios effectively.
- You have experience working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering empathy and understanding in your interactions.
- You embody cultural competency and cultural safety, recognizing the importance of respecting patients' values and beliefs.
