Healthcare Services Manager

We are seeking a Senior Workflow Manager to lead and optimize radiologist and clinic operations across our New Zealand Business Unit. This leadership role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow management, driving productivity, and influencing key stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of radiologist workloads, ensuring real-time adjustments to maintain high service standards and productivity.
- Identify, develop, and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with radiologists, clinic teams, and external partners to drive collaboration and align workflow priorities with business goals.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement targeted improvements.
- Take a proactive approach in managing urgent workflow disruptions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within healthcare, radiology, or a similar high-paced clinical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence medical professionals, particularly radiologists.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with experience in workflow optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in implementing operational improvements and managing change within clinical environments.
