About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Clinical Records Department as a Clinic Clerk - Clinical Records.

As a Clinic Clerk - Clinical Records, you will provide administrative support to the department, collecting, collating, filing, and responding to clinical information requests. You will work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our clinical records systems.

  • You have a logical and methodical approach to your work.
  • You have some knowledge of medical terminology.

About the Team/Service/Location

Our team is based at Rotorua Hospital, part of the Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes healthcare system. We provide healthcare services to the people of Rotorua and Taupo.

The Lakes district offers a unique blend of natural beauty and community spirit, making it an attractive place to live and work.
