To be successful in this role, you will bring a robust blend of experience and skills that align with our commitment to continuous improvement. You will have a sound understanding of project management, supported by a minimum of two years in a project delivery role.
A strong analytical mindset is essential, enabling you to extract key insights from data that drive decision-making and enhance outcomes. Your knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, evidenced by Yellow or Green Belt certification, will provide a solid foundation for implementing process improvements.
A genuine passion for the customer experience is vital; you should consistently seek to influence and elevate service standards. You will possess the courage to challenge the status quo and demonstrate an openness to embracing change based on feedback.
