Economic Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Analyst to join our team in the New Zealand Government's Treasury department. This role involves working on economic analysis and providing advice on policy and budgetary matters.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct economic analysis and provide advice on policy and budgetary matters.Work with a diverse group of people to develop and implement policies that improve New Zealand's wellbeing.Analyse data and produce reports to inform decision-making.Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A university degree (preferably majoring in economics, finance, accounting, or law).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to diversity and inclusive practices.Personal integrity and an honest and ethical approach.
