Role Summary:

The SME Retail Commercial Account Manager is responsible for driving sales, business development, revenue, margin, and brand growth in the highly competitive SME market channel. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can develop strategies to achieve/exceed revenue and margin targets, enhance business relationships, and manage all sales aspects of the customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying channel growth opportunities and developing strategies to achieve/exceed revenue and margin targets.
  2. Working collaboratively with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and deliver value.
  3. Managing all sales aspects of the customer portfolio, including contract negotiation and management.
  4. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Project leading cross-functional teams to develop new sites.
