Role Summary:
The SME Retail Commercial Account Manager is responsible for driving sales, business development, revenue, margin, and brand growth in the highly competitive SME market channel. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can develop strategies to achieve/exceed revenue and margin targets, enhance business relationships, and manage all sales aspects of the customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying channel growth opportunities and developing strategies to achieve/exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Working collaboratively with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and deliver value.
- Managing all sales aspects of the customer portfolio, including contract negotiation and management.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Project leading cross-functional teams to develop new sites.
