Your Role in Our Team

You will be a member of our logistics team, responsible for assisting with packaging, loading, and delivering products to our retail customers and installation teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working in partnership with the store team to locate finished goods and assist with placement onto delivery vehicles.
  • Safely securing loads, delivering, and unloading goods at customer premises as required.
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle and driver logs.
  • Conducting general housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborating with team members, other business areas, and projects as required to achieve our goals.

Key Skills and Attributes

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Superior communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • The ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic.
  • The capacity to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A valid class 2 driving license (minimum requirement).
  • Prior experience with Hiab/gantry cranes is highly desirable.
  • A forklift ticket is preferred but not essential.
