Your Mission
As our new Head Padel Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our coaching programme, driving participation, and ensuring an outstanding player experience at our clubs. You'll work closely with the Club Manager and coaching team to achieve these goals, focusing on developing coaching operations, managing club activities, and promoting inclusivity and equality within the club.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase participation and member retention, expand our outreach program, and drive business growth.
• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions, oversee coaching performance and quality assurance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the coaching team to develop and implement effective coaching strategies, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall player experience.
• Collaborate with local schools, community groups, universities, and colleges to promote padel and increase awareness about our clubs and services.
