The Role
This opportunity for an Agile Development Lead involves leading agile teams in the delivery of product development projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agile project plans, including sprint planning, financial tracking, and progress monitoring.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining accurate documentation in M-Files, Jira, Confluence, and ERP systems.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile project leadership, preferably in product development. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of agile project leadership experience.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Flexibility in working hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with overseas counterparts.
