Job Description
We seek an experienced ECE centre manager to lead our team in implementing our Education Practice Framework. As the ECE centre manager, you will ensure a high-energy environment where organisation and efficiency are key to success. You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the centre and its operational functions, as well as coaching and supporting the team to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that responds to the aspirations and needs of children, whānau, and community* Lead the team in implementing our Education Practice Framework* Ensure a supportive and value-driven environment to work* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for tamariki and their whānau
