We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to oversee our livestock procurement and farmer relationship program. As General Manager of Livestock Supply, you will be responsible for setting and progressing our farmer relationship and livestock procurement strategy, managing our livestock procurement, and liaising with farmers to manage and enhance our livestock supply.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create strong relationships through effective communication across our business, farmers, and industry partners.
  2. Lead our livestock procurement program to ensure quality supply meets market requirements, collaborating with internal teams and industry experts.
  3. Maintain Supply Compliance programs, including Code of Practice, PigCare program, and regulatory oversight.
  4. Analyze supply to support decision-making on contractual agreements and long-term viability.
  5. Evaluate and deliver strategies supporting business and value chain sustainability.
