Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and proactive Promotions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will help shape and execute group-wide promotional and marketing strategies that drive sales, grow brand visibility, and strengthen engagement with customers and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of group promotional cycles, ensuring alignment with supplier agreements.
  • Developing annual promotional plans with suppliers and overseeing indent/collated order opportunities.
  • Chairing Pricing & Ranging Committee meetings and supporting product and pricing strategies with Operations.
  • Using customer and market insights to guide promotional planning and execution.
  • Ensuring all promotional activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Planning, executing, and reviewing multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, events) on time and within budget.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, supporting joint initiatives, and implementing negotiated supplier terms.
  • Overseeing Nielsen scan payments, supplier rebates, incentives, and managing the Grass Roots Sponsorship Fund.
