About the Organisation

The New Zealand Olympic Committee is the national governing body for the Olympic Movement in New Zealand. We have a unique mandate to select and send teams to the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, and we work closely with High Performance Sport New Zealand to support the development of our athletes.

Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire pride and excellence in all New Zealanders, and to enable our athletes to achieve their potential on the world stage. We believe that sport has the power to transform lives, and we are committed to using our influence to drive positive change in our communities.
