Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a high-performing major supporter program.
- Develop and implement a strategy to strengthen Mercy Hospice's financial sustainability.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our supporters.
- Implement Mercy Hospice's Gifts in Wills strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with building and nurturing strong relationships and partnerships.
- Experience with major gift fundraising, planned giving, or account management/sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in fundraising software and CRM systems.
