Job Description

As a key member of our team at The Unlimited, the Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth across our outbound telesales channel.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the telesales channel, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Growth Delivery: Design and execute plans to deliver growth within established financial and brand guidelines.
  • Business Model Relevance: Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our business model remains relevant and productive in a digital and AI world.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture, leading and developing team members to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Degree in marketing or commercial accounting, with relevant business-related qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the Financial Services, Sales, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' work experience in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Strong product knowledge and a growth mindset.
