The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare innovation, thrives in a changing environment, and has experience in developing medical devices from concept to market.

  • Contribute to product design, development, and commercialisation of medical device projects.
  • Collaborate across teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Identify and implement systems to support development and commercialisation of new medical devices.

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working within the medical device industry or similar regulated industry.
  • Understanding of the entire product lifecycle and workflow from concept to production.
  • Technical capabilities – understanding of 3D modelling software and mechanical and functional test methods.
  • Hands-on and practical prototyping skills.
  • Strong technical writing skills and understanding of medical device design controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Innovative and creative mindset.
