About the Role

We are seeking a leader to provide coaching and mentoring to a team dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable commercial and residential property solutions.

This role involves overseeing property projects, while also managing Wise Group's property assets through design, condition assessments, asset management plans, and capital works improvement programming.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, asset management, or other relevant disciplines. They will be financially savvy, with expertise in legislative requirements including the Building Act, Building consent requirements, and managing BWoF (including fire systems requirements).

  • Provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your direct reports, engage in regular coaching with them focusing on building a high-performing team and harmonious relationships with our key stakeholders.
  • Play an important role in managing and resolving issues and take a proactive approach to identifying risk.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Group's property needs and build strong relationships with key entity stakeholders.
  • Find opportunities within the sector to develop future growth and potential stakeholder partnerships to take the Wise Group forward. This includes identifying pressure points and advocating for systems change where appropriate.
