**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly skilled Team Assistant to join our Budget Directorate team. As a Team Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to our leaders and teams, including email and inbox management, coordinating meetings, and maintaining reports.

You'll also be responsible for developing and drafting correspondence, creating reports from databases, taking minutes, and following through on actions. Additionally, you'll lead and assist with event management as required, including logistics and programme scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Email, inbox, and diary management
  • Coordinating meetings and liaising with stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating reports, including document editing, formatting, and printing
  • Developing and drafting a range of correspondence
  • Creating reports from databases
  • Taking minutes and following through on actions
  • Resource, finance (including invoice/payment), HR, and travel administration
  • Leading and assisting event management as required, including logistics and programme scheduling

**What We're Looking For**

  • Demonstrated previous administrative experience
  • Highly organised, efficient with an eye for detail
  • A pro-active, can-do attitude, and looking to stretch your administrative capabilities
  • The ability to multi-task, re-prioritise and react to issues that arise during the day whilst keeping calm and professional
  • A strong customer focus, excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite
