The role involves co-ordination and allocation of staff to patients based on clinical requirements and skill mix of the clinical team.

Key responsibilities include ensuring patient and staff safety, best practice is a priority, and effective teams are led. Strong leadership skills and a clear commitment to high quality care and development of the Service are essential.
