About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our busy Front-End team, ensuring customers receive a warm welcome, efficient service, and a great impression. This full-time, permanent position reports directly to the Retail Manager and requires a collaborative, hands-on approach with a focus on team success.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the Front-End team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Manage rosters, breaks, and day-to-day operations in the front of store
  • Troubleshoot customer service issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and checkout efficiency
  • Take charge of customer orders and supplier claims
  • Support the Retail Manager with team development and store initiatives
