Regional Sales Lead

SAP is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the sales efforts for premium engagement services in the Asia Pacific region. As the APAC Sales Director for Premium Engagement Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers and partners, and managing a high-performing sales team.
About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to join SAP's sales leadership team and contribute to the company's growth and success in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of premium engagement concepts and the ability to present them effectively to senior customer stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and expand SAP's presence in APAC
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and services teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize sales approaches
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the IT industry
• Strong business acumen, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
• Experience working with virtual teams and managing remote sales teams
• Strong understanding of premium engagement concepts and ability to present them effectively to senior customer stakeholders
