We are looking for an experienced Workplace Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As the only Health, Safety & Wellbeing specialist for our organisation, you will be responsible for driving the way we manage health, safety, and wellbeing. This includes partnering with people across all levels of the Ministry to foster a safe, healthy, and positive workplace environment.

You will have experience in strategic and operational health, safety, and wellbeing work programme management. Strong relationship skills and technical expertise in health, safety, and wellbeing are essential for this role. You should also have good judgement around what's important and a practical approach to risk management.

The Ideal Candidate
