- Building strong relationships with crew members, managers, crop managers, sales, transport teams, and the Ag Engineering Workshop.
- Organising equipment, people, and machinery – planning ahead.
- Communicating effectively, including daily & weekly plans and production targets to your crew.
- Driving health & safety engagement and proactively supporting a safe culture.
- Identifying key support staff in your crew to support training, quality, and induction of new members.
- Maintaining accurate record keeping.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Resilience and enthusiasm for working in all weather conditions, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Experience operating farm machinery.
