  • Leading, motivating, coordinating, and supporting a team to maintain momentum and achieve productivity goals.
  • Taking ownership of your team, fostering growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with crew members, managers, crop managers, sales, transport teams, and the Ag Engineering Workshop.
  • Organising equipment, people, and machinery – planning ahead.
  • Communicating effectively, including daily & weekly plans and production targets to your crew.
  • Driving health & safety engagement and proactively supporting a safe culture.
  • Identifying key support staff in your crew to support training, quality, and induction of new members.
  • Maintaining accurate record keeping.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Experience operating farm machinery.
  • A full class 1 NZ driver license.
