The HR Division comprises various departments, including Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners. In this role, you will be part of the HR Operations team, responsible for:

**Primary Functions:**

  • Streamline and enhance benefits-related policies, processes, and procedures, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of employee benefits, addressing any anomalies through the use of data analytics and technology.
  • Oversee the management of outsourced benefits vendors, ensuring timely submission of reports and maintaining relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, fostering partnerships with stakeholders.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience
  • Demonstrated operational and systems thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Highly independent and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
  • Able to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage competing deadlines
