We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Strategy and Planning division. As a Consent Delivery Director, you will lead a team of planners to deliver Resource Consent Applications, including Strategic and Construction consents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve consent delivery processes.
- Collaborate with consultant partners and regulators to achieve project goals.
- Manage the programme of works for Strategic Consents.
The successful candidate will have: a proven track record of managing teams or project managing complex resource consent projects, extensive experience in resource management/consent planning (10+ years), and full membership of the New Zealand Planning Institute. Experience in the delivery of strategic and construction consent applications is desirable but not essential.
