We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Strategy and Planning division. As a Consent Delivery Director, you will lead a team of planners to deliver Resource Consent Applications, including Strategic and Construction consents.
Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve consent delivery processes.
  2. Collaborate with consultant partners and regulators to achieve project goals.
  3. Manage the programme of works for Strategic Consents.

The successful candidate will have: a proven track record of managing teams or project managing complex resource consent projects, extensive experience in resource management/consent planning (10+ years), and full membership of the New Zealand Planning Institute. Experience in the delivery of strategic and construction consent applications is desirable but not essential.
