Your Key Responsibilities- Resource Consent Applications
- Delivering high-quality resource consent applications for lodgement to Auckland Council for land development projects, ensuring they meet budget requirements.
- Resolving queries from Council Officers and key project stakeholders to secure resource consent approvals in a timely manner.
- Managing key projects and coordinating with specialists and consultants.
- Providing assistance and suitable guidance to other staff as required.
- Providing due diligence and planning advice to clients.
- Ensuring clients are kept informed about project status and timeframes.
