Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Resource Consent Applications
  • Delivering high-quality resource consent applications for lodgement to Auckland Council for land development projects, ensuring they meet budget requirements.
  • Resolving queries from Council Officers and key project stakeholders to secure resource consent approvals in a timely manner.
Project Coordination and Assistance
  • Managing key projects and coordinating with specialists and consultants.
  • Providing assistance and suitable guidance to other staff as required.
Client Focus and Communication
  • Providing due diligence and planning advice to clients.
  • Ensuring clients are kept informed about project status and timeframes.
